Gila County Justice Courts
Gila County operates two justice courts. The Globe Regional Justice Court serves the southern part of the county. The Payson Justice Court serves the northern area including the Rim Country.
The Globe Regional Justice Court is at 1400 E. Ash Street, 1st Floor, Globe, AZ 85501. Judge Gary Goetteman serves as Justice of the Peace. The court is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Phone is 928-402-8537.
Payson Justice Court handles cases from the Payson and Pine-Strawberry areas. Phone is 928-474-5267. Both courts handle civil and criminal traffic matters, small claims, and other justice court cases.
Gila County Court Fees
Gila County Justice Courts charge standard fees for various services. Copies of court documents cost $0.50 per page. Certification of any document is $35.00 plus $0.50 per page. Postage fees of $8.00 may apply if documents are mailed.
Returned checks (NSF) cost $35.00. This fee is added if your payment bounces. To avoid this, make sure your account has sufficient funds before writing a check or use a credit card instead.

Paying Gila County Traffic Tickets
